Can't enter Beregost

in New Players (NO SPOILERS!)
I can't enter Beregost for the second time. First time was when I hadn't been to the FAI and dissed the two there. Second time I picked up Kagain, went north to take out the ogre, up to the FAI and now I'm going back to Beregost but there's no travel icon to get there! Why?
