Heads up with the Journal and update v1.0.2010

Hello everyone.
I am currently towards the end of chapter 3. So far gaming experience was very good (started with initial version think it was v1.0.2007, then went through v1.0.2008-v2009a/b).
Launcher updated my game this morning to v1.0.2010 and BAM! my Journal is wiped clean except for the main quest entry. No Done quest, no sub-quests in all the chapters. Reinstalling from scratch did not help at all.
Frustration was building up but I decided to give it a try and play a little. Finished one old quest (Bjornin's half-ogres) and thankfully all the entries WERE BACK AGAIN.
Some of the entries remain bugged like they were before for example Rescuing Dynaheir shows up and active and also as complete, but that does not bother me as much and losing all of the journal entries.
