No Jalantha, no new Lothander dialogue

In the Marek poisoning quest. I went through Tenya on the Varci quest. Didn't kill anybody. I believe I may have poked in at the Temple of Umberlee before receiving either quest and asked to see Jalantha for no good reason. Now the temple is populated by four unnamed priestesses, none of whom give me a dialogue to see Jalantha. Lothander presents only the one dialogue option of saying I don't have the cure.

Is there a way to just spawn a geas removal scroll? I don't know anything about what happened with cluaconsole in EE.
