spamming when rep goes up

Observed behaviour: If my reputation changes multiple times in a short amount of time, it will enqueue a ton of dialog; my party members will be chiming in their respective appreciation/grumbling dialog over and over.
Expected behaviour: It shouldn't launch multiple instances of the dialog and should check if an existing one is pending.
