Cursor bug.

Hello, whenever I loot items the cursor is a circle with a diagonal line within and the tooltip is not displayed. The same when I try to move it over my portraits. This is an annoying bug after several hours, can something be done in this case or is it something only I am experiencing?

Current behavior:
Sometimes when you move cursor over the interface panel during the game, the cursor won´t change into default hand cursor, but stay in the crossed circular form (like when you point on blocked area). While you are still able to click on the desired button, it cause the tooltip to stuck on endless loop. Also after some testing, I think it occurs when you are more zoomed in from default view.
Expected behavior:
Cursor should always change into default hand-like cursor, properly showing tooltips.
EDIT: Ok, I played with it a bit. It occurs actually when zoomed in, as I used to be. Edited the first post.
I'm not sure if it is just my mouse or not, but if you zoom in all of the way, the default zoom setting is the 10th zoom level up (9 clicks using the mouse wheel from the closest zoom).
The closest 5 levels of zoom seem to cause this same graphical glitch in my game. Zoom levels 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 (the default) work though.
I don't know if this is the same for other people with different resolutions and whatnot. The default = 10th zoom level is just what I see and the problem is for the closest 5 levels of zoom.
First bug I've really noticed, seems to have started with the last patch. Also I have my ini file changed for the Big Screen beta so I'm wondering if that has caused this?
Try to change the cursor setting in the Graphics section in the Options. It solved my problem.
Unchecking the cursor hardware option in the graphic section doesn't help, if the option is unchecked I get black loading screens..
