[BUG] The Paws of the Cheetah no longer haste

Exactly as it states.

When wearing said boots i no longer get the movement boost I did before the last patch. Even tried creating a new set via the console and still no joy. They are now broken/useless

    You're not wearing any Free Action granting equipment?

    i did think this but taking the ring off hasnt solved the problem. :/

    Wait... got it. had to unequip/reequip boots after removing the ring. I could then put the ring back on and it works now :p
