NPC proficiency/thief skill data dump?

Hi guys, I'm busy trying to update one of my guides for enhanced edition, and one place that is giving me a headache are all the NPC changes to the new BG2 engine, ie what proficiencies/thief skills NPCs have and what they change to as the PC levels up with the NPC outside of the party. Basically something like the dudleyville NPC guide (http://www.forgottenwars.com/bg1/good.htm) but for BGEE.
I was hoping that there were some consistent changes (like all Long Sword became Large Sword), but no such luck. And alas, I have the iPad version of BGEE so I can't go rooting around in the game files. Does anyone have a data dump of this info or know where to get it (if its all from a specific BGTutu mod or something). Any help would totally be appreciated and I would of course give you all the credit; I just want the info.
