[Bug] Game Cannot be Paused on Overland Map Screen

I'm assuming this is a bug, as it was doable in IWD and I believe also BG2 and is annoying at least to me.

If you are watching your party move via the Overland Map Screen (their little green dots), you cannot hit space bar and pause their movement. You must deviate from the map screen back to the main screen in order to Pause the game. Again not game breaking, but something I noticed.
