Neera HP and Romance, and Rasaad quest questions

Three questions:

1) Is Neera's romance super easy to mess up? In a first play through I discarded I had her to the point that she almost wanted to jump in bed with me, and in my current play through I believe I've behaved the same and picked the same or almost all the same options. Yet I never got the option to kiss her or ask her to sleep with me, and after Adloy(sp) I haven't heard a single word from her.

2) Neera with 14 con has 16 hp at level 5. Dynaheir with 16 con at level 6 has 34 health... 2 con and a level would double her HP? Or am I looking at this wrong?

3) Rasaad talking to me stopped after telling me about what happened to his brother and how they came to be at the temple. He hasn't spoken to me (much like Neera) in forever. More to the point, he has never given me the start to any sort of quest for him. Is his quest much later in the game? Or did I screw something up here also. Thanks.

If where I am in the game matters for Rasaad 's quest I'm currently on my way to the Cloakwood Mines.

yes the hp for 2 constitution is a lot , on mages, in the better case 14 con is equal to 7 con +0hp/lvl, 16 con is +2hp/lvl, and since mages only get 4 hp , you have 50% more with 16

thats in the best case , in the worst 14 can get 1hp/lvl versus de min 3 hp/lvl of 16 con

As far as Rasaad, after getting the brother dialogue, you need only to travel to the city docks in order to activate the quest.

Thanks. I was thinking 12 con was +1, 14 was +2 and 16 was +3, but I may be mixing up my 2nd ed and 3rd ed, been a while since I've looked at either. Thank you.

That dialogue where she says something along the lines of "not yet" is the last dialogue in the romance.

Right, I got that in my first play through that I discontinued after the cloakwood mines, and haven't been able to get that far with her again, and she hasn't said anything in a chapter or two so I was wondering if anyone knew if it was pretty easy to piss her off in dialogue and stop the romance.
