Some creatures are on speed (hasted)

I've met some creatures here and there that seem to be hasted. For example, a bear in either High Hedhe or the area below it (one of the two, don't remember which one). Also, if you have the Imp as familiar, its shapeshifts are hasted. Or at least moves twice as fast, didn't check attacks.
