[Bug] Incorrect weapon proficiency table has to be fixed

According to this thread :

the weapon table proficiency is bugged and shall be fixed :

1 Proficient Normal THAC0 while using weapon
2 Specialized +1 THAC0. +2 damage. +1/2 attacks per round
3 Mastery +3 THAC0. +3 damage. +1/2 attacks per round
4 High Mastery +3 THAC0. +4 damage. +1/2 attacks per round. -1 speed factor to weapon.
5 Grand Mastery +3 THAC0. +5 damage. +3/2 attacks per round. -3 speed factor to weapon.


Intended behaviour : the table shall be fixed according to these settings.

    I don't see the bug here. Assuming that the proficiency benefits are implemented in the game the same way they are described in the manual, the current proficiency benefits are pretty much identical to the ones you have listed. The only difference is that you only get +1 APR, instead of +3/2 APR, for grandmastery, which is intentional and not a bug.
