Question on respawning...

Is it me or does all the monsters respawn after a reload? played about 30mins into the game up till the forest before the friendly arm inn till I noticed this, hope to get some input from you guys, thanks!

    If I'm reading your question correctly.. The answer is it depends. Some enemies are set and will always be there after you reload a save. Others encounters are randomly generated and may not be there if you reload. Hope that helps.
