slashbuckler thac0 and AC bonuses

Just took a look at the 2das and thac0 and AC bonuses (ap_spcl441 and ap_spcl141 in the 2da) for the swashie stop at lvl 20 which they're not supposed to do

Even though that's way beyond the xp cap, it's still a problem for people using cap remover
