What are Beamdog's hours?

Im just wondering what Beamdog's hours of operation are as Im waiting for one of the associates to contact me about my game crashing. Hopefully 1 of 2 things happen. 1-My windows version starts working from a new patch or gets fixed through pdaigle. Or 2-Mac version comes out and the game will no doubt work on that.

Oh well :(

If anyone does know the hours, I'd be grateful.

    be patient and email support@beamdog.com

    make sure your drivers are up to date. I thought my video driver was up to date but it actually wasn't.

    We're on MST but our working hours vary on an individual basis. There's also a high volume of requests to go through, did you send a crash dump?
