Swashbuckler can't specialize in ranged weapons.

Bug : Swashbuckler can only put 1 pip in ranged weapons (IE : Bows, Crossbow...)
It's description states : "May specialize in any weapon that a thief can use"

Expected behaviour : A Swashbuckler should be able to specialize in shortbows & all thieves-available weapons.
