Game launcher not finding Update #4

Guys am I doing something dumb here or what? My launcher is not finding the latest update that I keep seeing mentioned - dated Dec 8th. Latest patch mentioned in the text on the launcher is Game Update 3 (Dec 5th). Any reason as to why I'm not seeing the latest one?

    Latest update upgrades BG:EE to version 1.0.2010. If your BG:EE main screen tells you that you got this version, you are up to date, good sir!

    The updater does not have text for the update for some reason. I think there may be a second piece incoming soon, like they did with 2009a/b.

    Also, @martind, did you do try running a repair installation? It will force the game to verify all files.

    *update* Patch 4 now has a change log in the launcher.

    Yeah I tried the running repair - no good at first but then i read somewhere on a forum about trying it with P2P switched off - tried that, still no luck at first, but next time i rebooted and went back into the game, text regarding new update was there. Strange, but true.

    Anyway that seems to have solved it - anyone else having similar problems might like to try that
