Where can I find Dorn?

I've done half of the game, but still can't find Dorn. I heard that he is standing in some tavern. Please, tell me wich one :)

    He's at the Arms standing in the exact room you found Jaheria and Khalid in. You meet him there but he doesn't join. On the way to the mines you'll have a triggered encounter with him that will let it happen.
