Blinking icons

The new icons (attack/cast) are blinking sometimes for me. Anyone else?
(latest drivers, perfectly adjusted everything, desktop, core-i7 nvidia gtx 460, 8 GB ram, win 7 64 bit)

    I think they are meant to be flashing? You mean the icons on the portraits are blinking?
