How do I heal a party member who has died?

    Take them to a temple and pay to have them raised.

    @Jolanthus, even dumber question, how do i get them to a temple?

    Just make sure their greyed out portraits are still there, get to a temple, talk to the head priest and switch the character to the greyed out portrait (the dead character). One of the Priest services should be revive :)

    @Nebby Also make sure you pick up everything they were carrying if you want to keep it.

    If the portrait is gone (not grayed out), then the party member was basically destroyed. It means they took so much damage from a single hit that they went past -10 hp. The party member's body was pulverized or disintegrated, and they are gone forever. If that happened, you will have to reload to a save game, you cannot raise them.

    Thank you everyone, I was reading the online manual, I couldnt find the info. You all have been helpful. Its been almost 14 years since I played, I dont remember this.
