Possible Bug: Sounds Not Available In Store

The feature page for iOS says:

"Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition for iPad contains the following enhancements:

New Player Voice sets as an in-app purchase
Gamecenter Support allows you to keep track of your friends and invite them to play with you"

Neither of these functions exist in my version of BG on iOS. I can get the two characters added (DK and Neera) and some additional portraits, but there's no Gamecentre and there's no option for purchase of voice sets (I've got three female and three male only).

Is this a bug, or are they just not there at this time?
