(Spoilers) Adoy zone: missing ring?

I interacted with Rilsa's corpse and it said "aside from taking her ring what do you do?" I buried her and then later spoke with Magreb. No ring appeared in my inventory and Magreb made no mention of it. My interaction with Magreb was limited to "I killed the goblins and buried Rilsa". There was no quest or reward?
I loaded a save and did it a second time, speaking to Magreb first. I got the exact same result. Is this bugged or simply a Quest-Doppleganger, desinged to mimic a quest in every way except for the actual quest and reward?

    SAme thing happened to me. Does something else happen if you talk to Magreb *before* going into the cave perhaps? Overrided my save, so I cant check it out.

    I, too, received no reward for this quest.

    Where IS the corpse? I don't see any ring at all on a corpse I found inside the cave.

    Look for a clicky spot over the corpse to get the ring. Easy to miss since its not part of the loot pile.

    Never was any Rilsa corpse in my playthrough... I ended up just skipped that quest.
