If I finish the game without reaching the TSC areas can I access them after the completion of the game with the group I am playing and if so how can i do that (I mean it will be something like Throne of Bhall in Baldur's Gate II)?

    No you cannot, it is not like ToB. Once the game is won your party is out of it and can only be exported into SoA. So if you wish to explore the ToSC areas, be sure to do so before the final "event" leading to end-game.
