Ingame Store's Buy-button greyed out

As the title says, for me the button to buy the different new chars, the char portraits and the Player Char Voice Sets is greyed out (and I have my creditcard added to the Beamdog account to enable ingame purchases).
Anyone that can enlighten me on what could be wrong?

    There is nothing wrong.

    The PC version comes with all the currently available DLC . You don't need to buy them.

    The tablet versions will be cheaper($9.99) but will come only with the monk NPC.

    Neera, Dorn, voice pack and portrait pack are all additional DLC.
