Why You no getting new spells, Sorcerer?

Hello there, I have a problem. I think it's a bug and I couldn't find anyone with the same problem, so here's, what it is. My character, a human-sorcerer, went lately up to 4th level. But while levelling i wasn't able to pick for him a spell of 2nd level. 2nd level spells were all greyed-out. Leveling up went thru, so now I have a 4th level and am able to cast three 2nd level spells/day, but have no 2nd level spells in my book.

If anyone encountered the same problem and have a solution, or know of a reason, why it's happening, don't be shy...
