Moving saves to a different computer

I got a new PC (with a proper graphics card, wohoo!) and would now like to move the saves from my old computer to the new one. Which files do I need to copy?

Ok, let's be serious: Go to your .../own documents/Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition/save folder. You should be able to copy and paste the corresponding folder (something like xxxxxxxxx-FileName) onto your new computer and that should be it! Have fun!

If you use custom portraits, be sure to grab /Portraits too. Otherwise the game will crash on the Record screen.
