Journal not updating for Neera romance

This was mentioned in the Neera romance progression thread, but overlooked for the bigger issue:

Actual: Conversations with Neera end with "Your journal has been updated...", but there are no visible changes to the journal

Expected: Journal updates with notes relevant to the conversation.

    Is this still an issue? (Note: Neera's entries are added to the Journal section and not as quests.)
