Extracting New Portraits for BG2

So, I really like a lot of the new character portraits Overhaul added for BGEE, but I'm too impatient to wait for them to make BG2EE before importing some of these characters and I'd like to use the same portraits. Is there an easy way I can extract the new portraits to use as custom portraits in BG2?
