Rasaad quest trigger?

Doing rasaad's quest for the second time, and I can't for the life of me remember where or under what conditions in the city of BG it triggers? Help pls?

    Well it was in either central Baldurs gate or The docks. but i cant get it to start either.

    @Grimo88, It's at the docks at night. There's a thread somewhere around here with specific details... I can't seem to find it.

    You need to have two conversations with Rasaad (they're seven days apart). Then, at least two days after the second conversation, go to the docks in Baldur's Gate.

    so you can't actually do his quests until late in the game I guess?
