Disclaimer Misspelling?

On the little disclaimer thing at the bottom of the page (the one that has all the legal information and stuff) there is a typo or something. It reads: 2012 Overhaul Games, a division of Beamdog. © 2012 Hasbro, Inc. All Rights Reserved. Baldur's Gate, Dungeons & Dragons, D&D, the Forgotten Realms, "Balder's Gate", Wizards of the Coast and their logos are trademarks of Wizards of the Coast LLC in the U.S.A. and other countries, etc...

So... BALDER'S GATE?! WTF is that!? It is listed as a separate thing from Baldur's Gate... so... is there a funny story behind this one, because I would love to hear it!

    It could just be Hasbro/WotC covering their butts legally (and protecting legitimate trademarks), in order to prevent someone from naming a game "Balder's Gate" or Balder's [whatever].

    That or its just a typo.
