Neera quest - where is the wild mage?

The quest description says east of the Firewine bridge. I've been all over the firewine bridge. There's no mage there, and no section east of it. Help!?!

    When she gives the quest to find Adoy, a new area called 'Adoy's Enclave' should appear on the world map. Its just below the icon for Firewine Bridge.
