Anyone else do this to Edwin?

You know, Edwin just appears so...SMUG that I can't help but want to take him down a peg or three. Since we get a belt of gender-change early on, I find it hilarious for my Charname to "trick" Edwin into putting it on and then never ever letting him go to a temple mwahaha! Spending life as a female should teach "her" a thing or two about humility. Does anyone else do this or is it just me? :)

I like to give it to Eldoth and watch him "suffer" through it. The female thief paperdoll looks better on him anyway.

Yes, Eldoth is such a sexist. He deserves the punishment.

Do his banters with Skie occur normally then? It would be weird when they first meet:
Skie-'Eldoth! My love you've come for me! BTW I love your clean-shaven look! YAY!' :hugs: :boobsclash: 'What the!?!?!' Apparently Skie is not known for her wisdom. :-D

A Red Wizard with a vagina is still a Red Wizard. Arrogance is kind of their thing.

    I have not played BG2 myself :)

I wonder what nickname I should give female Edwin...

    Try "Edwina"

In BG 2, he turns himself into a woman, complete with a new voice set. Eventually you can turn him back, but Elminster ultimately turns him, permanently, into a woman. And you can see her in a tavern in Dragon Age :)

In Dragon Age or BG 2? In Dragon Age, I don't think you can really interact with her. However, in DA 2, one of your companions can mention her and says she's the meanest waitress he's ever met.

In BG 2, she comes with a full, grumpy, Edwin-esque soundset.

I do this every single playthrough I have Edwin. Just because I can.

IMO becoming a female just make him more dangerous then ever before.
