Where is kryll?

Hey Guys,

I'm wanting to complete the quest of Dorn, but I cannot find Kryll.
I was told he is in the east of Naskel, but east of Naskel is only the carnival... and all the other area's don't seem to have him either.

Can somebody help me out?
