Change character's paperdoll

Hello everybody!

Now, I plan to play a Kensai and will not be able to wear any armor. Since warrior's paperdoll without armor has no pants on, that means that my character will be PANTLESS the whole game. I would greatly enjoy to have thief's paperdoll (in the actual game, not only on the inventory screen). Not a major concern, but something I would like to fix if there is an easy way. Thanks!

P.S. Does anyone now why so many games make fighters go without pants? Pretty much all D&D, Dragon Age and so on?

    Whooops, found it here http://forum.baldursgate.com/discussion/8317/how-to-customize-your-game#latest

Adding the extra line and using Ctrl+6 or Ctrl+7 does the trick. But changes do not get saves, so you have to do it every time you load, but that's fine I guess.

You can change your appearance with Shadowkeeper (if you can get it to work, there are numerous threads here about how to do get it up and running).

I always used to use it to change my appearance of multiclass thief/mages to that of a pure mage so robe show up properly.

Yes, using Shadowkeeper is the best viable option. Even game designers have used it, the pre-made PC character Canderous is a F/M yet uses mage avatar. Because it looks cooler!

I used it to change my Fighter/Thief's appearance into the cool-hooded thief animaton too. More rogue-like and sexy and all!
