    Observed Behavior
    ----------
    When you speak to an Amnish Soldier in Nashkel you can get a quest called "Oublek the Bounty Hunter". The entry they give you explains that Oublek collects bounties. However, when you actually speak to Oublek, whether you claim to be Greywolf or correct his mistake, it places an entry under "Oublek the Bounty Hunter" in your Chapter 2 closed quests. The entry from the Amnish Soldier, with that same quest name, remains open.

    Expected Behavior
    ----------
    Close all entries of the "Oublek the Bounty Hunter" when your interactions with him are complete.
