Yep. It's out.

Upgrade to iOS6 ASAP and start enjoying all the butt kicking for goodness!

    It's not necessarily irrelevant, just WAY in the wrong thread.

    There were several people the day of release and a few days after who were commenting that they wanted the game released for iOS 5.x because they refused to upgrade to iOS6...claiming something about Apple Maps ruining their lives and the fact that their heads would fall or or the world would come to an end without Google Maps on their iPads...or something to that effect.

    Either way the post here is only relevant due to the fact that several people were locked out of purchasing BG:EE Because they couldn't do without Google Maps and thus could not load iOS 6.

    Now that Google Maps has been released for iOS 6 (because none of us saw THAT coming 4 months ago when the first announcement was made that Apple was dropping Google Maps) this post is identifying to those folks they can go ahead and upgrade and experience BG:EE because the software vendor that has their lives, obviously, in the palm of their hands has come through and produced the only possible way of finding a route between two places...or so it seems.

    Uh, don't celebrate yet. Google Maps is only out for the iPhone. No iPad yet. Should be soon though.

    I use iphone apps on my iPad all the time. There's even a x2 button to make it full screen. It's not ideal but until the ipad version comes out you can still use the iphone version.
