Insanity stream

Good day world of people who enjoy Baldur's Gate, I am CTSnicky.
For the launch of BGEE I stream several hours of a failure thief to re-educate myself in the ways of AD&D. I have since been asked by several people if I was going to revisit the game on another stream, and today the answer is "Yes".
I wound up staying up till 5am last night so I decided to start rolling a new character and attempting to min/max the crap out of it for great justice. I rolled a Paladin (Cavalier), as they can be rather OP in this game and the Lawful Good ensures I start with the highest possible reputation.
So I familiarized myself with the game a bit again, replayed a little and going to do another run with this guy starting tonight! The reason this is "insanity" is because of the previously mentioned 5am bed time. I then got up for work at 9am and will be here till 8pm, after which I will be streaming (AST -4 Atlantic Canada), so I'll either be dead tired or hyped up on energy drinks and coffee, or coffee mixed with energy drinks... MiO makes those energy squirt things now... hmm.
So if you wanna see some more BG action with an OP paladin common by! OR possibly a fatal heart attack... one or the other.

My party will likely consist of...
Me - OP Paladin (Cavalier)
Imoen - For sandwich making, possibly casting spells much later on
Jaheira - For the heals (Branwen's portrait ... errrg)
Khalid - Cannon Fodder
Neera the Wild Mage - Yay new NPCs, and I like her so :P
Rasaad yn Bashir - Again, new NPC, and I haven't had a chance to see him in action too much if he disappointing we can replace him, Coran or Kivan ... or something I dunno
The Blackguard is a bit too evil for the paladin I made so we'll see him in a future run.
So that's a pretty basic party setup, there are some more interesting characters I know, and they will come in due time. This is just the format I find the easiest to progress in the game relatively fast. I'm going to be a bit more thorough this time threw with Imoen picking what locks she can, stealing, pick-pocketing (mmm +2 Charisma cloak), and me bashing what locks she can't get starting out. We'll miss a few things till much later when we're super OP but during my testing on this character we were able to 1 shot all low level mobs, and 2-3 hit the ogres and stuff, so should be pretty easy fighting.

edit - Mistakes were made for my Dex as a result of edition confusion. I should have maxed it as best I could by decreasing my Int. Please bare in mind that it was 5am...
edit 2 - I also realize that my Str could be better, but I thought it was reasonable enough.
