Dorn romance progress? *possible spoilers*

I'm coming dangerously close to the end of the game. I have only to confront Sarevok at the Ducal palace, and I'm wondering if I'm missing something out on Dorn's romance subquests. I *think* I have flirted with him, saying something along the lines of "You're my kind of Blackguard" or something similar. Nothing much to indicate any kind of romance, though.
The last time he talked with me was regarding my heritage, after reading Gorion's letter. Anyway, I checked the global variables in shadowkeeper. Here they are.

    I checked in nearinfinity editor, his text strings and i think that's all of it. I didn't read all his text because i didn't want spoilers, but once the text with the heritage finishes the next text is just arguments with party members.

    So it's not much of a romance, just a chance to flirt, lightly? Can anybody confirm?
