[ipad] New follower bugs

Neera: Minor Issue- having recollected her from the Friendly Arm Inn a copy of her non follower state remains present but inactive in her idle area.

Dorn: Major Issue- Taris's quest script doesn't activate after Dorn enters the group. A factor maybe his extended idle period at the Friendly Arm Inn, it seems that the programing for new characters has an issue with the idle state.

Rasaad: Known Issue: cycled script for follower activation.

I'm running the system on the Ipad 4 with otherwise great success thanks for the help and good times team:).
