Need suggestions for a BG2 tank

Hey there!

Guys, I might finish BG:EE in a week, my protagonist is a blade and most of my party ae BG1 characters only ( Xan, Rasaad, Viconia, Imoen and Kagain).

So, for the sequel I plan on having Viconia, Jan and Yoshimo (replaced by Imoen) - but I also need another fighter (thinking of dualing Yoshi as well...).

Since I haven't had much contact with them in the BG1 ,neither jaheira nor minsc will be picked. Which npc would you recommend, considering how interesting they are rather than how well they fight . I'd pick npc's from mods, as well.

I'll certainly appreciate your suggestions ;D

    I would *love* another spellcaster,specially Aerie , but I'm afraid that it would be tough to get on with the game without another tank...

    I believe the available tanks are:

    Keldorn, Mazzy, Valygar and Korgan (I'll save an extra spot for mr. S)

    Which one do you prefer and why?

    Honestly, I like them all. I usually try to leave room in the party for Valygar if I'm planning on taking Mazzy, since he's her squire-in-training and all.

    When I'm playing an all-shorty group, it's of course just Mazzy, Jan, and Korgan.

    I thought that list looked too good to be true.

    Anomen. The one BG2 NPC I've never (to my recollection) grouped with. Ever. I'm sure he's a nice guy and all, but for some reason the cut of his jib is one I do not like.

    Maybe he's your guy.
