Poison Stacking and Armor-Type Bonuses

Here are a couple questions about game mechanics. I tried unsuccessfully to search the forums for these answers, so I apologize if this has already been discussed.
1) Can different implementations of poison stack on the same enemy? For example, if an assassin/blackguard uses their poison weapon ability while wielding the Dagger of Venom, would both poisons affect the target on a successful hit? Or would only one of the poisons affect the target?
2) I remember vaguely that the different armor types (leather, chain, splint, plate, scale), in addition to their base armor classes and enchantment bonuses on magic pieces, have certain bonuses/penalties to AC against certain damage types. Each of the armor types have small but noticeable differences in defending crushing vs. piercing vs. slashing attacks. Does anyone know what these bonuses/penalties are for each armor type?

2) No idea
Regarding 2) - there is probably a table somewhere, I though perhaps Volothamp's ( http://www.pocketplane.net/volothamp/chap13.htm ), which has lots of useful tables (e.g. strength requirements for different weapons, shields and armours), but not the table you're looking for - I'd like to know too!
