Lower UI-bar graphical glitch

When (quick-)loading a saved game, the lower bar of the UI will turn black at times. At times, this even occurs when entering and exiting other player menues like the journal, inventory, character screen, etc.

Note, however, that the interactive elements (Buttons, etc.) of the lower bar will stay normal (see attached screenshot).

This graphical glitch has been popping up since the latest patch (1.0.2010). Slower overall performance came with it.

    Just noticed a new patch is out. Will report back after installing it.

    The black-bar-gltich is still happening since the latest patch. Performance seems to have improved again :)
