Music Stutter

First of all, I now see that the Opening BGEE movie has the Neitzsche quote.

Second, for a while now I have been experiencing a problem with the sound in the movies (and only the movies) stuttering with an odd crackling sound.

So that is the behaviour I am getting. Stuttery/Crackly sound in movies.

Expected behaviour is for it to not stutter or crackle.

    At the very least what kind of sound card you have, but basic info on your processor would help too.

    They need to have a similar machine in their office with the problem so they can see what's going wrong.

    Also i should say its only been happening in the last two updates.

    It was fine when i first got the game.

    If a DxDiag is something that shows your system specs, yes.

    I've had stuttering on the cutscenes since third patch,no issues with anything else apart from the well known bugs.Sound and pictures were all perfect until the third patch came out.No issue with sound ingame,only cutscenes.I run on windows xp,AMD dual core,Nvidia GeForce 9800 card and everything is up to date.

    edit:apologies this is a well known problem,didn't realise.Have just read the above link.
