Separate UI Scaling and Movie Scaling Settings

Here's my request: let players choose turn on/off UI scaling and movie scaling separately.

Also, add buttons for these features in the graphics options menu. (Even if restart is required for them to take effect.)

Another graphic option that would be very helpful to appear in the in-game options is the "colored circles" setting switch.

Those last two requests I've included here because they're minor enough that I don't think they warranted their own topics. Still, they would serve to make the game more user-friendly and allow people to customize their settings without searching for and editing ini files.

    Agreed, I'd like as many options as possible to be manageable from within the game. Not just for my own convenience (which will be only slightly increased as changing the .ini isn't really a big inconvenience for me), but especially for the people that are uncomfortable modifying their .ini's as well.
