Neera Dead Petrified

Okay so went into Nashkel mines, and stupid face stupid Neera didn't retreat when I told her (I have noticed that sometimes with the new NPCs you have to click twice to get them to execute the command you want them to) and died.

So went back to Nashkel to resurrect her.

Paid the temple priest. And she resurrected petrified.

So I used Stone to Flesh scroll on her, and it "injured" her in the way it does when you de-petrify someone but she remained petrified.

She remains petrified. And thus unusable.

Also undroppable from my party weirdly.

EDIT:
Actually checked. Can drop her.

But still cant change her back to human. She just keeps re-petrifying. And when I try to talk to her it says "CHARNAME can not engage conversation right now. Neera appears busy."

Yeh she is stone!

When someone is petrified, they leave the party, don't they?

    [edit]
    So, uhm, lets recap this.
You resurrected a dead Neera, who didn't resurrect completely.
    What killed her actually?

    A kobold in Nashkel mines.

She died. Still in my party.

Resurrected petrified, but still in the party.

Flesh to Stone scroll isnt working.

Whoa, do you use any mod?
What difficulty setting do you have?

Apparently your Neera is 'really dead'. All her death flags are set, plus frozen plus petrified.

Thats kind of funny. For the fun of it, I downloaded your save, then I raised her, killed her, then raised her again with your save. That seemed to work at gettingher alive again.

The problem is the frozen flag which is cleared on death. But i don't know what set it in the first place.

Well a wand of frost will freeze you, thats kind of like being petrified.

Well, there is a petrified Wild surge. Maybe she cast something and in the delay before it took effect a kobold killed her?

Trying everything I can think of to replicate the results with his party and such.

The most I can say so far is that his sorceror has suboptimal stats, 12 14 14 18 18 15 :)

    That is really weird.

So resurrect her? Bump her off again, then ressurect her?

    lol. Okay. Ill do that.

    EDIT:
Thanks peeps. She's alive again. Woo!

    lol.

About Tanis - I don't power game. Just took a decent enough roll and got going.

    EDIT2:
No mods at all yet. Gonna wait till WeiDu is updated.

I spent an hour casting Nahal's reckless dweomer trying to see if anything odd would happen. When Neera got the Turn to Stone one, she turned to stone and left the party as I would expect. Unpetrified just fine and rejoined.

One odd thing did happen though worth mentioning. Neera got "polymorph into a squirrel" and died. I raised her, and she still had squirrel paws equipped as weapons despite being in half elf form. I went back to the spot where she was casting and there was a squirrel standing there over her gear. By the time I got there, her paws had worn off. Killed the squirrel.

You had a good roll, you just put your points in odd spots. No bonus from your con or dex, would have been better off with one higher.
