Pre generated Characterd have profiencies they should be allowed to have

Current behavior: Abdel has 3 points in long swords and Fanerys has 3 points in 2 weapon style. While they should only be allowed to have 2 at level 1.
Expected behavior: Redistribute the point they shouldn't have because of restrictions on these skills to some other skill.

    Ok, for abdel, i will move one longsword to one sword and shield.
    For faenerys i move one 2weapon style to longsword
