[BUG] New NPCs don't react to reputation

Current Behaviour: Neera, Rasaad and Dorn don't comment about high/low reputation, nor about reputation increase/decrease.

Expected behaviour: they make happy/unhappy comments based on reputation.

They also dont have sounds for clicking on them intensively. All other party joinable NPC's have sounds for that.

for example:
Xzar : I wil teach your grandmother to suck eggs..
Branwen: By Valkur's strapping buttocks!
