Bug in Baldur's gate (city) with Ramazith in BG North.

I started the quest to steal the nymph from Ragefast, but set her free instead. When I went back to Ramazith's tower, he was standing outside. I talked to him, and he accused me of treachery and attacked. After killing him dead, I lockpicked his door and went inside.

Only to see Ramazith standing there in the room, alive!
