what does Baldur's gate keyboard scroll speed Option do ? Can someone tell me please?

    You can move your screen by either moving the mouse to the screen border or using the arrow keys on your keyboard.
    Keyboard scroll speed should therefore determine, how fast this movement happens when using the arrow keys. :-D

    Really? Strange,my keyboard arrow keys doesn't do shit
