No level 2 priest spells for level 3 Cleric

So, after the 1.0.2011 patch (don't know if this matters) Viconia levelled to level 3 in my multiplayer (PC) game, and in her spellbook there were no level 2 spells to pick. Fortunately, when I hit level 4 everything worked as it should. Of course, I had to play a whole level without the appropriate spells, and I feel this issue should be addressed. Had anyone had a similar experience?
