Baldur's Gate 2 User Interface in BG:EE

Hm, is there a way to run bgee with the gui from shadows of amn? I really loved the design and graphis and right now I miss them so much. I know that there is a 'mod' called 'archaic hd' and its is very good but I think I'm addicted to bg2 style to the point of agony. Any ideas or tips how to mess with those files to create gui? Or maybe there is some kind of a mod already - like bgt or tutu - thanks to the design can be changed easily? Thanks for your replies :)

    @nemeyeth - This could be done but it would not be a simple process at all. Its much more than just copy and pasting files over. There would be a whole conversion process involved.
